License Agreement
Please read the following terms and conditions before using this software.
Use of Insistsoft SSL VPN Server indicates you accept the terms of this
license agreement and warranty.

Registered Version
A single registered copy of Insistsoft SSL VPN Server may either be used by a single
person who uses the software himself on one computer, or installed on a single
computer and used by multiple people. One copy or license of Insistsoft SSL VPN Server
cannot be installed on multiple computers and cannot be used at the same time.
A license must be purchased for each computer Insistsoft SSL VPN Server is installed on.

Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES
AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which
Insistsoft SSL VPN Server may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
IS OFFERED.
Good data processing practice dictates that any new program should be thoroughly
tested by the user with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume
the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED
EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR, AT THE SELLERS DISCRETION, A REFUND OF
PURCHASE PRICE.

CODE-CRAFTERS SOFTWARE LLP CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL
OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA OR DAMAGED
HARDWARE, EVEN IF CODE-CRAFTERS SOFTWARE LLP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
